Welcome to the Friends of the Kootenai Shoshone Area Libraries.
The Friends of the Kootenai-Shoshone Area Libraries is a nonprofit group open to library patrons who believe in the importance of reading, listening, and viewing information. We strive to stimulate public interest in the library, purchase library materials, and support cultural and educational library programs.

Friends of the Library supports county-wide projects that enhance the love of reading and life-long learning. We work with all genres of people-new immigrants, children, older adults, and everyone in between.
